Writer's Block: Acquired taste

I have several weird food combinations. Mashed potatoes and fried eggs. Stuffing and fried eggs.
But I actually got Mom to eat this one with me. Mac and cheese with spinach. Last time, we had ground beef due to the double cheddar cheese sauce that Mom doesn't like. Usually, it's with hot dogs. Not cut up and mixed in, but put together on the fork. I like it. Only way I can eat the cooked spinach like that anymore. I tried eating with a little s&pc (salt and pepper coriander (I have a grinder with both in it)) and that didn't work. So I mixed with the mac and cheese. That worked!
