Well, assuming that you were allowed to completely research the place before you go, find out everything in this place, and the weather didn't change very much.
Money - forget the suitcase full of clothes, I'll buy them there.
Medicine - I doubt they sell allergy pills and other things
Computer (and accessories) - I want mine
Cell phone - for emergencies, and cousins
Backpack - to put the items in, carry around also and to place the new clothes in. It says you can only take five items, doesn't say bringing home more.
